Lauren and her adorable mittens

Lauren and I agreed to meet up on a chilly Friday afternoon and, only minutes after I started shooting, snowflakes started to drift from the sky. At first I was delighted––the snow looked beautiful in my photographs––but Lauren and I quickly discovered a problem: snow is really cold. After 30 minutes, we were both shivering and so numb that Lauren could hardly smile and I couldn't feel the buttons on my camera. Sorry, I'm such a Floridian. The pictures turned out cute, though. Major props to Lauren!
